Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Stronyx website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Who we are
Stronyx is a sole proprietorship operated by Torin Farley, based in Tampa, Florida. Stronyx provides communication and follow-up automation for local service businesses.
Using this site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content on this site is ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Services
Specific services, pricing, and terms are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between Stronyx and the client. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of any particular result. Descriptions of what our services do are illustrative, not promises of outcomes.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Stronyx about your inquiry or your account. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Payment
Fees, billing dates, and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms including telephone carriers, messaging providers, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by those providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stronyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the terms of the service agreement. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
